The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) and the host Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI), saw Melvindale's baseball team gain a win over Cabrini by a tally of 7-2.
The Cardinals (21-11) will now prepare for their battle against Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI). The Red Devils enter the non-league battle with a 7-15 record.
