Minnesota High School Baseball - Waseca holds off Triton

The Waseca Bluejays baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Triton Cobras to 8 in the Bluejays non-league win on Thursday.
The Bluejays now hold a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they host New Ulm for a South Central test on Friday, May 16. Waseca will play a Eagles team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] (Montgomery, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 12-5.
With the defeat, Triton drops to 7-9 on the year. The Cobras travel to Loyola (Mankato, MN) to play the Crusaders in a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 6-10. Loyola won 8-3 in their recent league test against Martin County West (Sherburn, MN)
