The Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) volleyball topped the host Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 17. Joliet West will attempt to advance on its 22-8 season record. The Griffins go into the game with a 25-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL).

The Steelmen (12-18) will now prepare for their game against Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Tigers go into the Suburban Prarie game with a 14-17 record.
