In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Summit Hilltoppers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-9 win over the Morristown Colonials.
The Hilltoppers (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ). The Ridgers enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Glen Ridge nipped Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ), 19-5, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Colonials meet the Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 17. Morristown will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Bucs enter the contest with a 9-5 record after their 10-8 league loss to Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ).
