The Montville Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting Parsippany Hills Vikings to 5 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Olive for a Rizk challenge on Tuesday, May 20.

With the loss, Parsippany Hills falls to 9-7 on the year. The Vikings host Westwood (Washington Township, NJ) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 17. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Westwood won 10-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Pequannock (Pompton Plains, NJ)
