Indiana High School Softball - Indianapolis Lutheran bounces Beech Grove

The Indianapolis Lutheran Saints softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Beech Grove Hornets to 3 in the Saints league win on Thursday.

The Saints now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monrovia for a Indiana Crossroads battle on Friday, May 16. Indianapolis Lutheran will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-2 league win over Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Beech Grove moves to 10-11 on the season. The Hornets travel to Rushville (Rushville, IN) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, May 16. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 4-14. Rushville lost 14-0 in their recent league battle against Franklin County (Brookville, IN)
