Indiana High School Softball - Fort Wayne Northrop bounces Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran

The Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets to 5 in the Bruins league win on Thursday.

The Bruins now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norwell for a non-league battle on Friday, May 16. Fort Wayne Northrop will confront a Knights team coming off a 17-9 non-league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, IN). The Knights record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran moves to 5-15 on the season. The Cadets travel to Churubusco (Churubusco, IN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, May 16. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 14-7. Churubusco won 14-4 in their recent league battle against Westview (Topeka, IN)
