In Thursday's non-league test, the Rogers Mountaineers (Rogers, AR) softball squad overwhelmed the host Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR), by a tally of 13-2.

Next, the Mountaineers confront the Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 16. Rogers will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record.

With the loss, Jonesboro moves to 4-15 on the season.
