In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Kinston Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Spring Garden Panthers.
The Bulldogs (38-8) will now prepare for their match against Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 40-10 record. In their last match, Hackleburg tipped Leroy (Leroy, AL), 14-4, in a non-league match.
