The Magnet Cove Panthers softball squad (Malvern, AR), was routed 6-1 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, AR)

With the triumph, Quitman improves its record to 22-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Tuckerman (Tuckerman, AR) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, May 16. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 22-4. Tuckerman won 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR)

The Panthers now hold a 9-11 record.
