The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN) and the visiting Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), observed Perry Central's softball team get by Mitchell by a tally of 6-0.

The Commodores (10-8) will now prepare for their bout against West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN). The Senators go into the Patoka Lake bout with a 15-4 record. In their last bout, West Washington tipped Paoli (Paoli, IN), 12-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bluejackets clash with the Northeast Dubois Jeeps (Dubois, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 17. Mitchell will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record.
