In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Triton Cobras.
The Titans (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 9-9 record. In their last match, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart was routed by St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN), 10-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Cobras battle the La Crescent Lancers (La Crescent, MN) in a non-league match, on Friday, May 16. Triton will attempt to better on its 3-14 season record. The Lancers come into the match with a 15-4 record after their 10-5 non-league win over Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN).
