Ohio High School Softball - Big Walnut can't get by Pickerington Central

The Pickerington Central Tigers edged the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles softball squad by a count of 12-11 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the Upper Arlington Golden Bears (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 18. Pickerington Central will attempt to upgrade on its 16-10 season record. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a 20-7 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Olentangy (Lewis Center, OH).

The Golden Eagles (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Northland (Columbus, OH). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 1-10 record. In their last challenge, Northland was nudged by Centennial (Columbus, OH), 26-3, in a league challenge.
