The Jimtown Jimmies baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting South Bend Washington Panthers to 0 in the Jimmies league victory on Monday.
The Jimmies (14-9) will now prepare for their match against Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN). The Cavemen go into the non-league match with a 11-7 record. In their last match, Mishawaka gained a win over Northridge (Middlebury, IN), 7-6, in a league match.
The Panthers (1-9) will now prepare for their match against South Bend Career Academy (South Bend, IN). The Trailblazers go into the non-league match with a 0-14 record. In their last match, South Bend Career Academy was overwhelmed by Bethany Christian (Goshen, IN), 17-2, in a league match.
