In Monday's non-league game, the host Sycamore Spartans baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Sterling Golden Warriors.
The Spartans (22-6) will now prepare for their game against Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Cadets go into the non-league game with a 9-16 record. In their last game, Marmion ran past Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Golden Warriors (6-15) will now prepare for their game against Dixon (Dixon, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses go into the non-league game with a 21-1 record. In their last game, Dixon ran past Rochelle (Rochelle, IL), 8-7, in a non-league game.
