The Clinton Dark Horses soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Northeastern Eagles to 0 in the Dark Horses non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Dark Horses face the Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 19. Clinton will attempt to better on its 21-2 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 14-4 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, NC).
The Eagles now have a 8-11 record.
