The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) and the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), saw Watauga's soccer squad knock off Southwest Guilford by a margin of 3-1.
The Pioneers now sport a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Independence for a non-league test on Thursday, May 19. Watauga will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 17-1.
With the loss, Southwest Guilford drops to 13-12 on the season.
