The Hudson Hawks softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Acton-Boxborough Colonials to 0 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Hudson improves its record to 9-2 on the year. The Hawks travel to Leominster (Leominster, MA) to encounter the Blue Devils in a non-league outing on Wednesday, May 18. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a record of 7-8. Leominster won 17-6 in their recent league outing against Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA)

The Colonials (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA). The Warriors enter the Dual County Large outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Lincoln-Sudbury was routed by Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA), 10-9, in a league outing.
