Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Sequoits now own a 22-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie Ridge for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 17. Antioch will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, Huntley falls to 26-6 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to battle the Storm in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 19. The Storm enter the challenge with a record of 22-5.
