The Southwood Knights softball team (Wabash, IN), was routed 17-6 in Monday's league test with the host Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN)

Next up, the Braves confront the Peru Tigers (Peru, IN) in a Three Rivers bout, on Wednesday, May 18. Maconaquah will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 12-8 record after their 9-3 league win over Rochester (Rochester, IN).

The Knights now possess a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Mississinewa for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 17. Southwood will confront a Indians squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Northwestern (Kokomo, IN). The Indians record now stands at 3-14.
