St. Mary's-Colgan Panthers (Pittsburg, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Marmaton Valley Wildcats (Moran, KS), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Mary's-Colgan upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Southeast (Cherokee, KS) to battle the Lancers in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 17. The Lancers come into the test with a record of 14-4. Southeast won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Oswego (Oswego, KS)
With the defeat, Marmaton Valley falls to 5-10 on the season.
