In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Lathrop Malemutes soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the North Pole Patriots.
The Malemutes (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs go into the Railbelt battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Chugiak nipped Wasilla (Wasilla, AK), 3-0, in a league battle.
