California High School Softball - McLane gets by Porterville

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA), witnessed McLane's softball squad tip Porterville by a count of 4-3.

The Highlanders now sport a 18-6 record. They play next when they host Nipomo for a non-league match on Thursday, May 18. McLane will face a Titans squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Titans record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Porterville moves to 10-14 on the season.
