The Plainfield North Tigers routed the host Romeoville Spartans softball squad by a count of 17-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Tigers (16-12) will now prepare for their battle against Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Wolves go into the Suburban Prairie - South battle with a 19-10 record.

The Spartans now sport a 5-17 record. They play next when they host Plainfield East for a Suburban Prairie - South battle on Wednesday, May 17. Romeoville will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Bengals record now stands at 13-14.
