North Boone Vikings (Poplar Grove, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL), 6-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Boone upgrades its record to 24-8 on the season. The Vikings travel to Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL) to battle the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Saturday, May 18.
