The Don Bosco Prep Ironmen baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Morris Knolls Golden Eagles to 1 in the Ironmen non-league victory on Thursday.
The Ironmen (23-3) will now prepare for their match against St. Joseph Regional (Montvale, NJ). The Green Knights go into the Big North - United match with a 18-5 record.
The Golden Eagles (24-4) will now prepare for their match against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ). The Bengals go into the non-league match with a 8-15 record. In their last match, Bloomfield was overwhelmed by Nutley (Nutley, NJ), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
