In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Syracuse Titans volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Westlake Thunder.

The Titans (23-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 25-5 record. In their last battle, Pleasant Grove defeated Bingham (South Jordan, UT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Thunder encounter the Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 17. Westlake will attempt to move on its 17-5 season record. The Miners come into the battle with a 12-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
