The Christ the King Crusaders smashed the host Swain County Maroon Devils soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Crusaders now sport a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop McGuinness for a non-league match on Monday, May 20. Christ the King will encounter a Villains squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Villains record now stands at 15-3.
With the loss, Swain County drops to 14-5 on the season.
