The Champlin Park Rebels lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Providence Academy Lions to 6 in the Rebels non-league win on Thursday.
The Rebels (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN). The Eagles go into the Northwest Suburban match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Totino-Grace was overwhelmed by Roseville (Roseville, MN), 19-10, in a league match.
The Lions (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN). The Stars go into the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Southwest Christian prevailed over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN), 8-5, in a non-league match.
