The Homer Trojans softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Concord Yellowjackets to 7 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Homer moves its record to 14-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Decatur (Decatur, MI) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Saturday, May 18. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 15-3. Decatur won 14-1 in their recent non-league game against Gobles (Gobles, MI)

In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) in a Big 8 game, on Tuesday, May 21. Concord will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 3-2 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Northwest (Jackson, MI).
