In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Wallington Panthers softball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars.
Coming up next, the Panthers battle the Lodi Rams (Lodi, NJ) in a NJIC - Meadowlands outing, on Friday, May 17. Wallington will attempt to upgrade on its 21-3 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 9-8 record after their 6-1 league loss to Becton (East Rutherford, NJ).
The Cougars (15-7) will now prepare for their outing against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers enter the SEC - Colonial outing with a 15-8 record. In their last outing, West Orange tipped Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ), 10-6, in a non-league outing.
