The Forest Hills Eastern Hawks baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host East Lansing Trojans to 3 in the Hawks non-league win on Friday.
The Hawks now own a 21-1 record. They take the field next when they host East Grand Rapids for a Ottawa-Kent - White test on Monday, May 19. Forest Hills Eastern will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to DeWitt (DeWitt, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 19-4.
With the defeat, East Lansing drops to 6-14 on the year. The Trojans host St. Johns (St. Johns, MI) to clash with the Redwings in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 20. The Redwings go into the test with a record of 10-8.
