Connecticut High School Baseball - Montville edges East Lyme

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Montville Wolves baseball team scored a close 5-3 win over the East Lyme Vikings.

The Wolves (12-3) will now prepare for their game against New London (New London, CT). The Whalers go into the non-league game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, New London nudged Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT), 6-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Vikings play the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - Division I game, on Saturday, May 17. East Lyme will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 11-6 record after their 6-1 league loss to Waterford (Waterford, CT).
