The Glenbard West Hilltoppers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Glenbard South Raiders to 5 in the Hilltoppers non-league win on Friday.

The Hilltoppers now own a 12-17 record. They take the field next when they host Leyden for a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. Glenbard West will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 20-9 league win over Addison Trail (Addison, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 15-12.

With the defeat, Glenbard South drops to 15-17 on the year. The Raiders host Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a Upstate Eight test on Monday, May 19. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 10-11. Elmwood Park won 13-4 in their recent league test against Streamwood (Streamwood, IL)
