Fans at Friday's non-league test between the Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) and the host Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME), witnessed Mt. Ararat's lacrosse squad overcome Lincoln Academy by a count of 12-5.
The Eagles (9-0) will now prepare for their test against Maranacook (Readfield, ME). The Black Bears enter the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Maranacook nipped Erskine Academy (South China, ME), 15-7, in a league test.
Next, the Eagles battle the Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 19. Lincoln Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 2-5 record after their 15-5 non-league win over Lewiston (Lewiston, ME).
