The Dimond Lynx baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Wasilla Warriors to 3 in the Lynx non-league win on Friday.

The Lynx now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Anchorage for a test on Saturday, May 17. Dimond will play a Eagles team coming off a 8-4 league win over Colony (Palmer, AK). The Eagles record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Wasilla drops to 9-2 on the year. The Warriors host Colony (Palmer, AK) to play the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. The Knights go into the test with a record of 1-3. Colony lost 8-4 in their recent league test against West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
