The Lafayette Rams smashed the host New Kent Trojans soccer team by a tally of 6-1 in Friday's league game.
Next, the Rams face the Smithfield Packers (Smithfield, VA) in a Bay Rivers game, on Tuesday, May 20. Lafayette will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Packers enter the game with a 11-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Grafton (Yorktown, VA).
The Trojans (3-11) will now prepare for their game against Poquoson (Poquoson, VA). The Islanders enter the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Poquoson was overwhelmed by Tabb (Yorktown, VA), 6-0, in a non-league game.
