The Amesbury Redhawks (Amesbury, MA) softball routed the host Newburyport Clippers (Newburyport, MA), 10-2 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Redhawks now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lynnfield for a Cape Ann Baker outing on Monday, May 19. Amesbury will encounter a Pioneers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-4.
