In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Paramus Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 win over the Nutley Raiders.
The Spartans (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Montville (Montville, NJ). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Montville nipped Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ), 12-3, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Raiders meet the Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 16. Nutley will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 10-5 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ).
