The East Columbus Gators baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Tarboro Vikings to 2 in the Gators non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Gators (12-10) will now prepare for their match against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 20-5 record. In their last match, Bear Grass Charter tipped North Duplin (Calypso, NC), 4-1, in a non-league match.
