Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) and the visiting Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), saw Grossmont's baseball squad edge Sage Creek by a count of 6-5.

Coming up next, the Foothillers play the Poway Titans (Poway, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 18. Grossmont will attempt to move on its 11-16 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 14-15 record after their 4-2 league win over San Marcos (San Marcos, CA).
