The Lapel Bulldogs baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Heritage Christian Eagles to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (14-7) will now prepare for their match against Anderson (Anderson, IN). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 15-9 record. In their last challenge, Anderson got by Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN), 12-5, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Heritage Christian falls to 13-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pike (Indianapolis, IN) to encounter the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 19. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-17. Pike lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Center Grove (Greenwood, IN)
