The Elgin Maroons volleyball team (Elgin, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL)

The Raiders (17-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Pirates enter the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Proviso East was nudged by Addison Trail (Addison, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Maroons meet the Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate 8 challenge, on Wednesday, May 18. Elgin will attempt to move on its 6-28 season record. The Royals enter the challenge with a 7-26 record after their 2-1 league loss to Streamwood (Streamwood, IL).
