Virginia High School Soccer - Covenant held off by Veritas School

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Veritas School Lions (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA), saw Veritas School's soccer squad get by Covenant by a margin of 5-4.
The Lions now sport a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 18. Veritas School will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Covenant drops to 5-8 on the season.
