The Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), 8-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Hayfield upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Hawks host Woodson (Fairfax, VA) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 19. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 10-7. Woodson won 18-3 in their recent non-league outing against Justice (Falls Church, VA)
With the defeat, Fairfax drops to 0-15 on the season.
