The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA) and the visiting Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks (Norfolk, VA), saw Isle of Wight Academy's softball squad achieve victory over Norfolk Collegiate by a count of 12-0.
The Chargers now sport a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Margaret's for a non-league match on Thursday, May 19. Isle of Wight Academy will face a Scottie squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA). The Scottie record now stands at 16-1.
With the loss, Norfolk Collegiate falls to 4-9 on the campaign.
