California High School Baseball - Central gets by Ridgeview

May 17, 2023: Bakersfield, CA 93313

Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Ridgeview Wolf Pack (Bakersfield, CA), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 12-17 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA) to battle the Conquistadores in a non-league test on Friday, May 19. The Conquistadores come into the test with a record of 22-5. Cabrillo won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Clovis North (Fresno, CA)

With the defeat, Ridgeview falls to 16-12 on the season.

This game is a part of the 2023 CIF Central Section Baseball Championships - Division II tournament
