The Uxbridge Spartans crushed the host South Colonels baseball team by a count of 18-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Ayer Shirley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 23.
Next, the Colonels face the Narragansett Regional Warriors (Baldwinville, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 19. South will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 2-10 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA).
