In Wednesday's non-league battle, the Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA), by a count of 12-3.
Coming up next, the Wildcats clash with the Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 20. Deep Run will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a 7-8 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Thomas Dale (Chester, VA).
The Patriots now own a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a non-league battle on Friday, May 19. Albemarle will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 23-3 league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 13-2.
