Prairie Heights Panthers (LaGrange, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Garrett Railroaders (Garrett, IN), 4-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host Fremont for a Northeast Corner challenge on Thursday, May 18. Prairie Heights will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-8 non-league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Garrett falls to 3-15 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Lakeland (LaGrange, IN) to face the Lakers in a Northeast Corner challenge on Thursday, May 18. The Lakers enter the challenge with a record of 10-11. Lakeland lost 7-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Bremen (Bremen, IN)
